Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of service standards to exceed guest expectations
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with guests and members to drive loyalty and retention
  • Assess and optimize room blocking, guest requests, and bedding needs to ensure a comfortable stay
  • Manage daily check-in and check-out protocols using our PMS system
  • Utilize Alice software to connect with guests, members, and report maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable experience for our guests
  • Provide anticipatory guest service to ensure a comfortable stay
  • Reach out to guests and members to assist with pre-arrival planning and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collectively work towards driving revenue across the Gravity Haus family
  • Be a bridge between all operations and resolve guest billing issues and concerns
  • Participate in company meetings and communicate on intercompany Slack channels
  • Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador, sharing our mission and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurer
