Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive environment.
  3. Benefits Administration: Administer the company's benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
  4. HRIS Management: Manage the company's HR information system, including data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  5. Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, fostering accountability and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, especially in complex jurisdictions.
  • Experience managing processes related to billable hours and bench pay.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Trinet, Employee Navigator, SAP Systems, or NetSuite is a plus.

Salary:$110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
