About the Role

As a Commercial Property Manager at MGR Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and lease growth for our clients. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close lease agreements or sales contracts to drive revenue growth
  • Manage day-to-day sales and leases, ensuring timely completion and optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and management
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Real Estate License required; minimum 1-5 years of experience in real estate industry while holding a license
  • Proven track record of successful lease administration and project management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence others and build effective relationships
  • Superb attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, MGR Real Estate offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
