Job Summary

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotel's catering and banquet operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales tours and presentations to showcase our hotel's catering and banquet facilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous catering sales experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and catering operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $64,480.00 - $78,660.72 per year, depending on experience.
