Position Summary

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO (Independent Sales Organization) standards. This role encompasses leading and enhancing various facets of the organization, including PayArc's systems, processes, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, and eager to make a professional impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate, review, and manage residual payments.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to guide internal stakeholders and external partners regarding residual payment inquiries and challenges.
  • Clearly communicate the methodology behind residual payment calculations to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure billing accuracy and propose enhancements to the billing system.
  • Implement upgrades to meet changing business demands.
  • Develop formulas to support customer billing aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Work across departments to create and maintain company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing training support.
  • Understand Payarc's business needs to streamline, automate, and enhance processes and procedures.
  • Provide operational support for ad-hoc projects as required.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Technical aptitude or a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills and independent judgment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet usage.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in necessary software for daily tasks.
  • Preferred experience in payment processing.
  • Knowledge of the acquiring business, including industry trends and operational procedures related to merchant onboarding.

Educational Background

Preferred Bachelor's Degree.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods.
