Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Nuvolum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Deliver high-quality prospecting and lead generation through email and phone outreach.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing the value of Nuvolum's services.
  • Communicate accurate forecast information to the management team.
  • Achieve a minimum of $500,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) annually, through a combination of base, as well as commission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in new business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth goals.
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, particularly with doctors, is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and the value provided by a full-service marketing and PR agency.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
