About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at TimeClock Plus. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving total sales efforts to both public and private sector organizations to achieve established goals and objectives for revenue, gross margins, and product mix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business opportunities and qualify customers to identify business needs and requirements
  • Coordinate personalized business plans, prepare and deliver professional in-person or web presentations, and successfully negotiate contracts between customers and TimeClock Plus personnel
  • Travel to customer presentations, attend tradeshows and user groups in assigned markets, and participate in company meetings and marketing events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in conceptual and strategic selling of software products to mid-market accounts, preferably in the workforce management marketplace. Proven experience in consistently exceeding a $750K quota is desired. You will also need to demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills to ensure that all sales goals and project timelines are met and that customer relationships are established and maintained.
