About the Role

As a Business Development Strategist at Western Integrated Technologies, you will play a key role in creating and implementing innovative business development strategies to drive growth and revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain meaningful relationships with decision-makers, and provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Proposal Development: Create persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
