About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our sales development efforts in the Northeast & Canada region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, protecting brand image, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sell-out objectives for Hermès Maison and Puiforcat.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including interior designers, specifiers, and developers.
  • Oversee the distribution of Hermès Maison & Puiforcat through a network of authorized boutiques, independent retailers, and department stores.
  • Provide training and support to boutiques on product knowledge, selling techniques, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales trends, analyze market data, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and visual merchandising, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within a similar market.
  • Excellent communication, written, and oral skills.
  • Strong sales skills and proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Inter-office relationship skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Self-motivating and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus.
