Spa Service Coordinator

SUMMARY
The Spa Service Coordinator is an energetic and service-focused individual with a strong appreciation for cleanliness and organization.

Their primary role is to guide guests through their spa journey while ensuring that all service and facility standards are upheld.

This individual should possess experience in public interactions, demonstrating enthusiasm, friendliness, and a willingness to assist.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Greet guests warmly and escort them to their designated lockers.
2. Anticipate guest needs and promptly address all requests.
3. Distribute locker keys and towels while monitoring their return.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of locker rooms and the issue desk.
5. Ensure a sufficient supply of clean towels, robes, and guest apparel is available.
6. Keep the issue desk tidy and organized by regularly cleaning surfaces and decluttering.
7. Assist in the removal of used linens and restocking supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a spa or health club setting is advantageous.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position necessitates walking and providing direction for most of the workday; candidates must be able to stand and maintain a steady pace for up to 6 hours. The role requires bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching to complete cleaning tasks. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly is essential, as well as the capacity to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
The pay scale for this position is $17.00 per hour.

This pay scale represents the base salary or hourly wage range, excluding incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and similar compensation that Montage reasonably anticipates for this role.
