Opportunity for a Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Charge Nurse at Twin Oaks Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Mobile, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and medical practices, as well as supervisory experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of care

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Alabama
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines
Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
