Job Description
The Account Representative role involves serving as the primary contact between Ansys and customers in an assigned territory or set of named accounts or product/service line. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining existing customer accounts and creating new business opportunities.
- Performing sales activities, establishing and developing business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Maximizing sales profitability, growth, and account penetration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field.1+ years of experience in technical sales positions or demonstrated success in a related field.Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis and technology.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Able to work independently and travel up to 50%.
