Role Overview:
The Senior Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for providing support in cost analysis and project management. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables, along with an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in tracking and monitoring costs is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

A four-year Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience in Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling is preferred. Alternatively, candidates without a four-year degree but with five or more years of relevant experience in Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling in either Home Office or Field Office settings will be considered.

All candidates must be prepared to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle records verification, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
This field-based position will support cost analysis at project sites. The role is focused on Cost Engineering, where the individual will perform routine project controls tasks under appropriate supervision, in line with their training and experience.

The primary focus will be on enhancing knowledge related to scheduling, costing, and industry technology concepts. The role does not involve managing subordinates but requires gaining a comprehensive understanding of industry practices, project execution, cost management, scheduling, and financial systems.

Responsibilities include assisting with Cost Reporting, tracking, maintenance of quantity reporting, and the change management process. A fundamental understanding of budgets and familiarity with financial entities is essential.
