  • Act as the main liaison for all guest inquiries and requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and professionalism towards guests and colleagues.
  • Proactively suggest additional services and inform guests about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Administer guest payment policies efficiently.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with guests, vendors, and team members.
  • Accurately post all charges, including valet and miscellaneous fees, to guest accounts.
  • Ensure the security of hotel keys and oversee safe deposit box operations for guests.
  • Verify credit card transactions and reconcile bank statements at the end of each shift.
  • Generate and confirm availability reports at the start of your shift, updating as necessary.
  • Review the communications log to stay informed about guest needs and hotel operations.
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel's emergency protocols to ensure guest safety.
  • Promptly notify supervisors of any room-related issues.
  • Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Utilize the hotel phone system effectively to transfer calls and manage voicemail.
  • Ensure timely distribution of mail and notifications to guests.
