About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Manage guest accounts, including room assignments, rates, and payment processing
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office area for extended periods
