Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving basic technical problems and maintaining relevant Service Boards.
  • Work with clients to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to standardize systems, processes, and tools, driving automation and facilitating rapid return to service.
  • Adhere to change management and documentation policies, ensuring that all changes, maintenance, configuration management, and upgrades are properly documented.
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and provide basic level support of internal and client technology, including client networks, Windows server administration, PC applications, and MSP tools.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Field Services or IT support position.
  • A+ and Network+ Certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Basic Networking Knowledge.
  • Basic Proficiency in Windows Server and other Cloud Based Server Environments (Azure, AWS, and WVD).
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Email and Office Products.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
