Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service in all interactions, including phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a seamless experience for our furry friends and their owners.
  • Manage Customer Reservations: Create and manage customer reservations with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Facility Tours: Conduct facility tours for interested customers, showcasing our high standards and commitment to pet care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Pet Care Assistance: Assist with pet care, including walking and handling pets during check-in and check-out, upholding our high standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the facility, maintaining a clean and safe environment for pets and staff.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the success of our team and the well-being of our pets.
Requirements
  • Energetic and Caring Individual: We're seeking an individual with a passion for animals, who can work in a fast-paced environment with ease.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to observe animal behaviors and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer software operation, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
