  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that our hotel properties are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and monitor staff, ensuring that our hotel properties have a skilled and motivated team in place.
  • Event Management: Ensure that events and conferences run smoothly, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Assistant General Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, demonstrated ability to lead a team, excellent attention to detail, financial savvy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
