Job Opportunity: Director of Maintenance & Service

We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our LA area operations as the Director of Maintenance & Service. As a key member of our management team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to drive growth initiatives and ensure the division's success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, inspiring confidence in their ability to motivate and empower others. A strong operational plan, centered around delivering high customer satisfaction, quality, and meeting company objectives in safety, performance, and efficiency, will be crucial to your success.

A minimum of 5 years of upper management experience, overseeing a staff of at least 50 team members, is essential. Analytical and financial data processing skills are critical. You must be comfortable thinking outside the box, introducing new ideas, and being open to process evaluation and redevelopment.

In your first year, you will focus on evaluating current operations, building client relationships, conducting site visits, and getting to know the admin and field staff. Understanding the division's strengths and opportunities, as well as its team members' skills and abilities, will be vital. Initially, you will support and generate sales, with the goal of eventually hiring a dedicated business developer.

We strive for an 18% year-over-year growth objective. Our operations consist of a significant number of base accounts and service clients. We also have a rapidly growing construction arm that supports the Maintenance & Service Division. Our staffing includes account managers, technicians, administrative staff, and route/enhancement crews. We operate out of a warehouse and yard facility in the San Fernando Valley.

Maintenance work is primarily generated through referrals, without advertising or marketing efforts.
