About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at Parker Health and Rehabilitation. As a key member of our dietary department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily functions of the Dietary Department, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all resident meals.
  • Prepare and portion food items to meet the dietary needs of our residents.
  • Set up meal trays and deliver meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and their care, ensuring resident rights and privacy are protected at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the dietary department.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is a plus.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Understanding of safe dietary procedures and the geriatric community.
