The Men's Locker Room Service Specialist will contribute to the vibrant culture of East Bank Club by ensuring a pristine, organized, and well-stocked locker room while offering friendly, professional assistance to both members and guests.

Schedule:

Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:
Starting at $18 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests within the locker room.
  • Deliver a high standard of hospitality and integrity, ensuring a world-class experience that promotes member well-being.
  • Treat all individuals with fairness, positivity, and consistency.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and inspire excellence in others.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents to maintain cleanliness across all surfaces, including mirrors, tiles, and locker areas.
  • Efficiently collect and manage towels for laundering, ensuring an ample supply of clean towels in both the locker room and Spa.
  • Restock essential supplies throughout the locker room, including soaps, shampoos, and other personal care items.
  • Maintain the condition of lockers by regularly checking for lost items and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Employ various cleaning tools to uphold the cleanliness of all flooring in the locker room.
  • Dispose of waste in a timely manner throughout the locker room and Spa.
  • Disinfect surfaces as necessary, including communal items in the Spa.
  • Possess a basic understanding of the Club and its offerings.
  • Uphold Club policies and procedures, including guidelines for children.
  • Present a professional image consistently, adhering to dress code standards.
  • Build strong relationships with members and guests through exceptional service.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure personal belongings are secured in designated areas.
  • Limit cell phone usage during shifts.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Document or report incidents and accidents promptly.
  • Maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the Club's policies.
  • Adhere to all guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Report any suspicious activities or inappropriate conduct to a supervisor.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Authorization to work in the USA is required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Experience in housekeeping within a luxury environment is preferred.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
