The Men's Locker Room Service Associate plays a vital role in enhancing the atmosphere at East Bank Club by ensuring a pristine, organized, and well-stocked locker room while offering warm, welcoming, and professional support to members and guests.

Work Schedule

Flexible Options:

  • Thursday and Friday: 4 PM - 11 PM
  • Saturday: 8 AM - 4 PM or 2 PM - 9 PM
  • Sunday: 8 AM - 4 PM or 2 PM - 9 PM

Compensation: Starting Rate: $18

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests within the locker room.
  • Exhibit a high level of hospitality and integrity, ensuring a world-class experience that promotes member well-being.
  • Treat all individuals with fairness, positivity, and consistency.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and inspire excellence.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents to maintain cleanliness across all surfaces, including mirrors, tiles, and showers.
  • Efficiently collect towels for laundering and ensure a sufficient supply of clean towels in both the locker room and Spa.
  • Restock essential supplies throughout the locker room, including soaps, shampoos, and other toiletries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all containers.
  • Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the appropriate personnel.
  • Regularly check lockers for lost items and debris, ensuring they are cleaned weekly.
  • Employ various cleaning tools to uphold the cleanliness of flooring in the locker room.
  • Dispose of waste properly throughout the locker room and Spa.
  • Disinfect all necessary surfaces, including sandals and water dispensers in the Spa.
  • Possess a basic understanding of the Club and its offerings.
  • Enforce Club policies and procedures professionally.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with members and guests through outstanding service.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure personal belongings are secured in designated employee areas.
  • Limit cell phone usage during shifts.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Document or report incidents and accidents promptly.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain a reliable attendance record.
  • Follow all guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Report any suspicious activities or inappropriate conduct to supervisors.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, and smile for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to reach and grasp, including above shoulder level.
  • Experience in a luxury housekeeping environment is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
