Job Title: Director, Business Development Remote, USA

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to drive accelerated growth within our Alliance Partners. This position will lead the business development representatives and focus on driving business development specific to Alliance partners.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who specializes in navigating large employers, health plans, health systems, and enterprise partner organizations. They will use their existing relationships, knowledge of the sales process, and experience selling into enterprise accounts to drive results at scale.

This role involves developing vision and strategy for business development across Key Accounts/Alliance partners and consultants. It also entails establishing strategies and tactics for how the BDR team will work with targeted Alliance partners, consultant contact lead generation, and internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, payer teams, and consultant relations.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the virtual care and payer landscape. They will align with internal stakeholders to develop sound sales, marketing, product, and clinical go-to-market business development strategies. Additionally, they will hire, grow, and coach the BDR team and oversee business development execution with Key Accounts/Alliances.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements business development strategies to drive growth across Key Accounts/Alliance partners and consultants.
  • Establishes and executes strategies and tactics for the BDR team to work with targeted Alliance partners, consultant contact lead generation, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fosters strong relationships with Alliance account management teams, sales, and sales enablement teams.
  • Provides input to the SAM/ADL to ensure that the story best supports upsell, expansion to other clients.
  • Collaborates with Alliance SAMs on QBR content for growth opportunities.
