Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the visual presentation of the Market Center's communal spaces, ensuring a tidy and professional environment.
- Act as the welcoming face of the Market Center, greeting visitors with warmth and friendliness.
- Support the Market Center Administrator (MCA) and Team Leader by providing insights and assistance on operational matters.
- Contribute to the marketing team by helping to implement and execute various marketing initiatives, including promotional materials and digital content.
- Manage social media accounts, responding to inquiries and engaging with the audience.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when answering phone calls and greeting guests.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, ensuring all materials align with the brand's standards.
- Monitor and update content across all platforms, including websites and mailing lists, to keep information current.
- Analyze web and social media analytics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and assist with event planning as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
