As a 142-bed full-service institution, we offer a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services, including but not limited to:

  • Medical and Surgical Care
  • Intensive Care
  • Emergency Services
  • Pediatrics
  • Women's Health Services

Our facility also includes advanced diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and specialized therapy options, alongside the Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center, which provides state-of-the-art chemotherapy and radiation therapy.


Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This role comes with a commitment incentive of up to $30K.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering care in alignment with the North Carolina Board of Nursing standards and the American Nurses Association guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing and coordinating nursing care based on thorough assessment and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with nursing policies and professional standards.

Additionally, the nurse will promote teamwork and effective communication within the healthcare team to address the unique needs of each patient.


Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • A valid North Carolina RN license or equivalent licensure in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position on the night shift, requiring 36 hours per week with rotating weekends.
