Job Opportunity

TMF Plastics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
