Key qualifications and experience:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in team leadership and/or supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer proficiency to open, save, and send electronic files, use email, and operate Microsoft Word (or similar applications).
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying quality concerns.
  • Experience in overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Physical capability to lift/move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and maintain continuous standing and walking.
