  • Assist in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews, and creating and executing budgets and scheduling of labor
  • Develop and implement department action plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or grocery environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
