Business Development Opportunity

Rose Paving LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Old Bridge, NJ. This role involves full cycle sales, from procuring and maintaining clients to providing an in-depth analysis of needs, submitting estimates, obtaining the order and following through.


Main Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through various marketing practices, including direct mail, referrals, trade shows, cold calls, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate price and terms within the context of company policy.
  • Prepare estimates used for managing purposes, such as planning, organizing and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors and determining cost effectiveness.

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Construction Management.
  • A minimum of five years in direct sales, not telemarketing or inside sales.
  • Understanding of reading and estimating from blueprints.
  • Excellent math and geometry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 including Word and Excel.

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
