About the Opportunity

The Restaurant Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our cruise operations. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the front-of-house, including cruise execution, staff management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the front-of-house staff, including recruitment, training, and retention.
  • Provide assistance to restaurant managers and senior restaurant managers to ensure consistently high levels of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage cruise execution, including pre-cruise preparation, adherence to cruise scripts, and supervision of front-line staff.
  • Ensure that staff and guests adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
  • Resolve guest service issues by utilizing strong guest service skills and exercising diplomacy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years guest service experience.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • TIPS Certification required.
  • Health department sanitation codes & requirements ServSafe Certification required.
