Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale electrical projects, specifically in multifamily developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the electrical scope of work for multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on site, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Interpret and execute blueprints, electrical schematics, and detailed construction plans.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and mitigate any issues.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as project specifications.
  • Manage materials, labor, and resources effectively to maintain budget and timeline objectives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to crew members as needed.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
  • Track and report daily job progress, addressing any issues proactively to avoid project delays.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, providing updates on project status, timelines, and any potential concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman managing multimillion-dollar electrical projects.
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
  • Experience in multifamily construction projects is essential.
  • Must have a stable work history and proven track record of job performance.
  • Clean background and drug screening required.
  • Professional, clean-cut appearance and strong work ethic.
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
