Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Review and process customer orders, including sales orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Packing and Shipping: Handle packing and shipping of customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements:
