Job Summary:
ABConsulting BK NYC LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to support the service department's logistics and coordination. This role involves ensuring efficient completion of service tasks, managing work orders, and coordinating with the service supervisor and dispatcher. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and dispatch work orders to service teams.
  • Supply Coordination: Order and manage supplies needed for service tasks.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the service supervisor and dispatcher to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Team Coordination: Work with the service supervisor, service dispatcher, and service teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain contact with customers to confirm appointments and follow up on completed service calls.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and take ownership of additional responsibilities during slow periods.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience; plumbing experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Desire for long-term career growth within the company.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 5:00-6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours during peak winter season. Benefits:
