Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team in East Tennessee. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent sales and communication skills to propel sales growth and develop strong relationships with property management clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales or related fields with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team to achieve goals.
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos that cannot be covered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
