Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Processing Specialist to join our team at SPS-North America. This role is responsible for processing high volume copying, printing, finishing, and reprographics orders on site. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, proficiency in operating office machinery, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing 5-star customer service to all employees
  • Performing functions on copy machines, including advanced printing/copying software
  • Maintaining equipment, including changing ink cartridges, loading paper, replacing toner waste, and clearing jams
  • Operating binding equipment and performing finishing requests (cutting, binding, padding, etc.)
  • Processing printing requests (both hard copy and electronic), locating printing orders, and preparing orders for shipping
  • Utilizing high-tech equipment to produce high volume color finishes on published documents
  • Performing daily key operations of convenience multi-function devices
  • Submitting work orders for certain requests
  • Maintaining professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees
  • Trains back-up and providing guidance on policies and procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • 2+ years prior work experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position
