We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at the Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all financial transactions during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role, with excellent mathematical and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for balancing and reconciling hotel accounts, preparing guest bills, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$19 per hour, paid semi-monthly, as well as limited benefits, including paid time off and employee discounts at our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balancing and reconciling hotel accounts, including cash, credit card, and direct bill accounts
  • Preparing and distributing daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and audit reports
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and its guests by monitoring and controlling access to the building and responding to any emergencies that may arise
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the night shift
  • Assisting with any other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
