Job OverviewKraus Maintenance Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Remediation Specialist to conduct lead-based paint XRF testing, risk assessment and final clearance in the NY metro area.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong communication skills, who can work independently and complete field assignments by set deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have EPA Lead Inspector or Lead Assessor Certification, a Valid NY Driver's License and Radiation Safety/XRF operator certificate.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include corporate benefits as part of a full-time position.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct lead-based paint XRF testing, risk assessment and final clearance at various sites in the NY metro area
  2. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  3. Work independently to complete field assignments by set deadlines
Requirements
  1. EPA Lead Inspector or Lead Assessor Certification
  2. Valid NY Driver's License
  3. Radiation Safety/XRF operator certificate
