Job Overview

The Patient Liaison plays a crucial role in advocating for our vascular services among Primary Care/Internal Medicine and non-vascular providers, aiming to enhance patient referrals to our facility for comprehensive treatment and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with healthcare professionals and support staff to amplify the reach of our vascular services for their patients.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective connections with physicians and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Vein Operations, Physicians, and Practice Directors to establish a consistent flow of referrals across both markets.
  • Assess and monitor the success of marketing initiatives, making necessary adjustments to strategies to meet performance indicators and objectives.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and successful execution of campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences within and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in expanding a network of physician referrals, including diligent follow-through and follow-up.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the dynamics between independent and group physicians, including the challenges they encounter when referring patients.
  • Showcase success in meeting referral targets or increasing patient volumes in a comparable role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior marketing experience, preferably in vascular, wound care, or podiatry sectors.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities; adept at collaborating across business lines and engaging with various levels of medical office management.
  • In-depth knowledge of relationship-building strategies essential for establishing referral patterns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exhibit organizational savvy to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel to clinical facilities as needed.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $41,000 to $55,000, in addition to uncapped commission opportunities.
