Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement individualized developmentally appropriate curriculum and small group experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of infants and toddlers.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of infants and toddlers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality program that meets the needs of all children.
  • Document and communicate children's progress and developmental milestones to families.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a group care environment, preferably with infants and toddlers.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional team environment.
