Key Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Client Service Representative to join our team. As a critical member of our branch office, you will work closely with our financial advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service to our clients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving results. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working independently, and collaborating with your colleagues to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Participate in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year.
- Identify opportunities to create efficiency and drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
Requirements:
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You have a strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- You are proficient in current and new office technology, with a willingness to learn how financial services and markets work.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $20-$22 per hour, based on location and experience. Our benefits include medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, and short- and long-term disability coverage.
