We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director with a strong background in Senior Living management. This role involves comprehensive training and requires the completion of the Assisted Living Manager Course within six months of employment if not already certified.
The Executive Director will be responsible for the effective management, direction, and administration of the organization, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional care for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with policies related to patient care, staffing, financial health, public relations, and facility maintenance under the guidance of the Governing Board.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies and collaborate with staff to implement necessary adjustments.
- Monitor financial performance and maintain an efficient accounting system, assisting in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Facilitate resident admissions while ensuring compliance with all relevant State and Federal regulations, including Advance Directives and Resident Rights.
- Ensure the facility meets national, state, and local standards through regular monitoring.
- Evaluate the competence of the workforce to maintain high-quality service delivery.
