The Role

  • \r
  • Oversight of daily operations for R&D Tax Credit and Section 174 engagements, including conducting technical interviews and reviewing calculations.\r
  • Providing technical guidance and training to team members to ensure seamless project execution.\r
  • Participation in business development activities, such as preparing proposals for prospective and current clients.\r
  • Clients will be managed effectively through regular communication, meeting multiple project deadlines, and staying up-to-date on legislative changes.\r

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience managing R&D Tax Credit, Section 174, and Section 41 analyses.\r
  • Bachelor’s and/or relevant advanced degree (MAcc, MST, JD).\r
  • Accounting, Engineering, or related degree is preferred.\r
  • An advanced credential allowing client representation before the Internal Revenue Service is required (i.e., CPA, JD).\r
  • A self-starter who can seek out opportunities and work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.\r
  • Proficient use of technology and working knowledge of accounting methods, including UNICAP, is advantageous.\r

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year
