Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Everett, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our fast-paced Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • BSN required
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required
  • BLS required
  • Must obtain ACLS prior to end of orientation and may not practice independently without ACLS
  • PALS preferred
  • Newly licensed nurse must obtain ACLS and PALS within first six (6) months of employment
  • ED experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years' telemetry experience preferred
