Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Everett, Massachusetts.

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our board-certified emergency physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • BSN required
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required prior to end of orientation
  • PALS preferred
  • ED experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years' telemetry experience preferred
