Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Everett, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent care to patients and families in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
  • 2+ Years RN experience preferred.
  • Emergency Dept. Experience preferred.
  • ACLS/BLS preferred.
