Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Everett, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • BSN required
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
  • ED experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years' telemetry experience preferred
  • Adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
