Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Officer cum Document Controller to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing public relations initiatives, managing feedback and complaints, and implementing document management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Public Relations: Plan and execute public relations initiatives, including public engagement events, guided site tours, and briefings for key project stakeholders.
  • Feedback and Complaints: Manage feedback, address queries, and resolve public complaints in a tactful and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Implement Project Document Management System and processes in accordance with company policies, ensuring document submissions are in accordance and compliant with project document formats and requirements.
  • Correspondence and Administration: Establish and maintain an efficient correspondence system, handle administrative duties, and coordinate the storage and archiving of project and organisational records.
  • Requirements: Diploma in Mass Communication / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Public Relation or equivalent, at least 5 years experience in similar role in both public relations and document control position in construction industry, proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, strong communication, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment, excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Mass Communication / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Public Relation or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years experience in similar role in both public relations and document control position in construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, strong communication, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment, excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
