  • Design and implement technical solutions for EUC Collaboration Tools, ensuring high levels of resiliency and compliance with internal policies.
  • Administer and manage the lifecycle of all EUC Collaboration Tools, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of architecture diagrams, policies, operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Function as the primary point of contact and technical escalation point for EUC Collaboration matters, providing operational guidance and handling escalations.
  • Support project scoping and evaluate vendor proposals for EUC-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a closely related field with strong systems engineering skills in EUC technologies.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technologies delivery for EUC domain, including Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
  • Technical proficiency in End User Computing area.
  • Experience working with mid-to-large global or regional financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of technology infrastructure, EUC tools, and solutions.
  • Master's knowledge of architectural settings and component functions of commonly used corporate Voice Systems.
  • Knowledge of IT security, risk management, and security controls in the EUC domain.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Voice Technology and Voice Systems.
