Position Overview

Summary: Assists in the daily management, coordination, and execution of objectives related to sales, cost control, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, food quality, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiarizes with all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training initiatives to effectively manage the store in the absence of the General Manager.

2. Ensures that customers are greeted warmly, and team members are responsive, courteous, and service-oriented.

3. Supervises the preparation and presentation of food and products in accordance with brand standards, ensuring consistency in portioning and service.

4. Aids team members in completing opening, closing, and preparation tasks.

5. Actively engages in hands-on food preparation, customer service, and delivery coordination.

6. Supports company and store goals in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through employee training and fostering a positive work environment.

7. Manages cash flow by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation protocols.

8. Fills in as necessary to uphold customer service standards and ensure efficient operations.

9. Assists in product management, ensuring accurate unit counts and conditions upon delivery, in line with brand standards.

10. Identifies labor or food costs and implements specific actions to positively influence these figures.

11. Aids in labor scheduling based on anticipated business activity, ensuring adequate staffing and achievement of labor cost objectives.

12. Maintains knowledge of human resources policies.

13. Provides insights and recommendations to General and Regional Managers.

14. Enhances professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing relevant publications.

15. Performs additional duties as assigned.
