Position Overview:
As an HVAC Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration, operation, and maintenance of all HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air handling systems, and Central Plant equipment across our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Facilities Director to plan, organize, and manage HVAC operations.
2. Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
3. Evaluate and enhance existing methods and systems, proposing improvements to the Director.
4. Maintain compliance with The Joint Commission, Department of Health Standards, and other regulatory bodies by preparing and managing departmental records.
5. Assist in coordinating construction and renovation projects within the facility.
6. Monitor employee performance and provide training and guidance to ensure adherence to performance standards.
7. Contribute to the Quality Control Program of the department.
8. Develop specifications for maintenance and minor construction projects.
9. Oversee preventative maintenance and property repair projects conducted by external vendors, ensuring quality and approving payments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience or completion of advanced courses in management and engineering.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex instructions effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in HVAC, preferably within a healthcare environment.
